Balory – Terms of Use

1. General Information

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Balory mobile application (“the App”), developed and provided by NGT Digital.
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Balory is a personal finance tracking application that operates fully offline.
All financial data is stored exclusively on your device. Balory does not use servers, cloud storage, or third-party analytics.

2. License and Usage Rights

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Balory on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s source code
Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App
Use the App in any unlawful or misleading way

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Balory, including its code, design, and trademarks, remain the property of NGT Digital.

3. In-App Purchases

Balory may offer optional one-time purchases, such as the Founders Edition.

Purchases are processed through the official App Store (Apple) or Google Play platforms and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Balory itself does not handle or store payment data.

Once purchased, the license is permanently linked to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored after reinstallation.

4. Data Privacy

Balory does not collect, store, or transmit personal or financial data to any server.
All information remains on your device and is under your full control.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Balory is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

While we strive for reliability and accuracy, NGT Digital does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or meet all your expectations.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial data and backups.

NGT Digital is not liable for:

Loss of data due to device damage, deletion, or uninstallation
Misinterpretation of financial information
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App

6. Backups and Data Responsibility

All data management and backups are your responsibility.
Balory offers local backup and restore options but does not automatically store data outside your device.

We strongly recommend creating regular backups using the in-app export functions.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update Balory to improve performance, add features, or ensure compliance with regulations.
These updates may change or remove certain functions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on our official website or GitHub page.

8. Termination of Use

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to revoke access or terminate functionality if the App is misused or modified in violation of these Terms.
