1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Balory, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Balory is a personal finance management app that operates fully offline.
It helps you track income, expenses, budgets, savings goals, and recurring transactions, and provides a personal Financial Health Score via the built-in Finance Coach.

All calculations and data processing happen exclusively on your device.
Balory does not connect to any server, cloud service, or external API.

3. Beta Features

Some features in Balory are marked as Beta. This includes the Finance Coach as of version 1.0.33.
Beta features are functional but may change, be refined, or be extended in future versions based on user feedback.
Beta features are provided as-is and may not yet reflect the full intended functionality.

4. License and Use

Balory is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Redistribute or resell the app or its content

5. In-App Purchases

Balory offers optional one-time purchases (e.g. Founders Edition) that unlock additional features.
Purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
NGT Digital does not handle payment data directly.

Purchased licenses are tied to your App Store or Google Play account.

6. No Financial Advice

The Finance Coach, Financial Health Score, coaching actions, forecasts, and all other analytical features in Balory are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Balory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
NGT Digital makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the app or its calculations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NGT Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Balory, including but not limited to data loss, financial decisions made based on app output, or interruption of service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Balory is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All data remains on your device. NGT Digital does not have access to your personal or financial data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The current version and date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
